Play for Dignity also collects information that, alone, cannot be used to identify users (“non-personal information”) through this website. Examples of non-personal information include IP addresses, cookies, Internet tags, and navigational data.
- IP addresses are automatically assigned to computers when accessing the Internet and may be used to measure site traffic, understand usage patterns, and improve our services.
- Cookies are small text files used to recognize repeat visitors, facilitate access, and understand when and how pages are visited. Users may adjust browser settings to refuse cookies; however, doing so may limit website functionality.
- Internet tags (also known as clear GIFs or single-pixel GIFs) may indicate how many times a page is viewed and which information is consulted.
- Navigational data (including log files and clickstream data) is used for system management, improving site content, and communicating information to visitors.
We use third-party services such as Google Analytics and HubSpot to collect and analyze this data. These service providers may store or process information outside Canada, subject to applicable laws in those jurisdictions.
